Let me start by saying US-05 is a BEAST of a yeast! Midwest Cream Ale is my take on a Cream Ale with a little corn added (what? I am from the midwest!). This cream ale is a beer that everyone can be happy with, Light and crisp for your demestic lovers but with a little more complexity. With the beer finishing out @ 4.7% abv, it is great for a family get together on the lake. Some times a Beer is just a Beer!
